It is really important to us that you are absolutely delighted with your Ziwi Baby purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item(s), we're here to help so please get in touch :) Don't be shy!
You can return all items, including sale and discounted items, for a full refund or exchange within three months of purchase.
Wherever possible (for change-of-mind or sizing issues), we request that you return items to us in saleable condition with the original tags & packaging.
How to return:
1. Send us an email with the order number and tell us which items you would like to return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
2. We will email you a prepaid CourierPost label which you can print out.
3. Package your items, attach the label to the parcel, and send it back to us.
Once the items are received, we'll get your return or exchange sorted within three working days.
If you wish to arrange your own return shipping, our returns shipping address is:

We will refund the cost of the items to your original payment method within three working days. Bank processing times mean that it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to come through to your account.
Currently, we can only exchange items for another size of that same item. If you would like to purchase a different style, we recommend that you opt for a refund or store credit and then place a new order. Exchanges will be shipped free of charge to you (for New Zealand customers only).
We try to ship orders received before 2 pm on the same day. If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders that have already been packed or shipped. After this stage, please follow the return process outlined above.
