Returns

It is really important to us that you are absolutely delighted with your Ziwi Baby clothes.  If you would like to exchange or return an item(s) from your order, we're here to help.  Don't be shy! Please get in touch with us at hello@ziwibaby.co.nz 

You can return items, including sale items, within three months of purchase for an exchange or full refund.  We request that you return the items to us in new (unworn & unwashed) condition with tags still attached. 

How to return

1) Print: Email us with your order number and tell us which items you would like to return and whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or refund. We will email you a printable postage-paid return label (at this time, we can only create return labels for New Zealand customers). Alternatively you can arrange your own return shipping, our postal address is:

Please make sure to send us an email to let us know once you have posted your return so we can keep an eye out for it.

2) Package: You can use the courier bag turned inside out or any other secure & waterproof packaging. Attach the printed label to the package.

3) Post: Your friendly local courier driver can pick up the parcel from your doorstep. Just book a pickup by going by the NZ Post website and leave the parcel in a safe location for the courier to collect. Alternatively, the package can be dropped off at your nearest NZ Post shop at the counter.

Once received, we will process your exchange or refund within five working days.

When your exchange is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a new order number. When your exchange is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

When your refund is processed, you will receive an email notification with the details. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-7 additional working days for the funds to come through to your account.

Babies come in all shapes & sizes. If a garment is not the right size for your little one, please return the item(s) to us in new & unworn condition and we will exchange it for your preferred size.

To ensure the right fit for your little one, we recommend that you check the size chart for each garment (which can be found under the 'size guide' tab on the product page). The size chart is different for every style and lists the actual garment measurements. When measuring baby, make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow for growing room.

We apologise if this is ever the case. Our garments are made to the highest quality standards and checked for defects before being sent to our lovely customers. If you have received a faulty garment, please let us know - we will exchange it for one in perfect condition. Faulty items can be returned whether brand new with tags or washed & worn.

Yes. If you received one of our garments as a gift, you can return it to us for an exchange or store credit. You just need to tell us the order number so we can look up the order in our system.
