Shipping

The estimated delivery times given above include order processing time.  During launch or sale periods, your order may take longer to be dispatched.  We will keep you updated of any delays.  Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we have no control over its journey to you. Postal delays are possible, especially in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Rural delivery will usually take 1-2 days longer.

Orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

We ship locally within New Zealand and internationally to Australia. We are working on shipping to the USA and Canada very soon.


All orders will be sent by tracked courier. New Zealand orders are shipped by CourierPost (NZ Post) and Australian orders by Toll Priority. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link which you can use to check on your order's delivery status. 

We try to process your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, order changes (adding or removing items) are usually not possible, however please let us know and we will do our best to make the requested changes if your order has not been packaged yet. After this stage, please follow our returns process to return any unwanted items. 

Occasionally an item from your order may be out of stock.  We will email you to ask if you would prefer an exchange (for example, a different colour or size) or a refund.  If we are unable to contact you, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will replace or refund your purchase. If you haven't received your order in a reasonable timeframe, please let us know.  We will lodge a lost item enquiry with the postal carrier and if the parcel is unable to be located, we will process a replacement or a full refund according to your preference.  

Shipping costs do not include customs duties and taxes (if applicable) which are levied by the government of the destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient at time of delivery.  We recommend that you check the Customs website of the respective country for an estimate of import fees before placing an order.
